The Spine Studio Warwick is looking for a warm, caring, friendly, energetic and service-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant!

The ideal candidate will have a preference for a structured and procedure-driven environment, but also capable of seeing alternate methods that can improve internal processes and the confidence to work as a team to implement and integrate them successfully.

◦  A general understanding about Chiropractic would be advantageous, but not essential.

◦  Confidence in using practice software and precision in maintaining practice member records and confidentiality

◦  Confident and comfortable with babies and children of all ages

◦  Someone with a grounded personality who is able to stay calm and level-headed under pressure

◦  Someone with flexible availability, especially on weekday afternoons and early evenings, with occasional weekend work and events as required.

You will be provided with fully paid training in existing systems and procedures, plus substantial family health benefits and opportunities for growth and regular education in the wellness field. You will be rewarded for your progression through the role and given regular performance reviews.

The position is for a part-time Chiropractic assistant for 20 – 25 hours/week. There is flexibility to negotiate shifts with team members for holiday cover as well.

Ability for early morning starts 7.30am – 12pm and afternoon – early evening availability between 2 – 6.30pm is a must. Shifts range from early starts to late finishes Monday – Saturday. Salary will increase according to skills and performance and will be regularly reviewed. We are looking for someone who is willing to make the role their own and grow into it, with opportunity for future growth and role advancement as an added incentive.
